0588 Preventing rat holes in the baking soda silo

Examples of resolving issues such as "rat holes occurring" and "nozzles getting clogged"!

Due to frequent troubles with aeration in the existing silo, we consulted and introduced the "Brodie Disk." The contents are sodium bicarbonate, and aeration was being done with nozzles to prevent bridging. However, issues such as "rat holes forming" and "nozzles clogging" occurred, and these problems have been resolved with this equipment. The Brodie Disk is easy to install and economical, but placement is important, so please do not hesitate to contact us. We also offer free rentals of this equipment. 【Overview】 ■ Silo Diameter: φ1800 ■ Discharge Diameter: 200A ■ Target Material: Fine Powder Sodium Bicarbonate 【Key Points of This Equipment】 ■ The elastic disk (silicone) is very important in terms of strength and durability, especially considering the risk of foreign material contamination. The silicone disk of this equipment is exceptionally strong and durable. Once you use it, you will understand! ■ Control (how to aerate?) is crucial! We provide guidance on what should be done. A dedicated controller is also available. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Perfect for prototypes! We made a positioning disc from a thin plate.

We have produced a disk for positioning using thin plate slitting processing technology. It features a precise finish with minimal burrs and allows for engraving of characters.

We have manufactured a disk made of aluminum for position determination using thin plates. This can also be printed, and since it is printed using metal photo technology, it has a low environmental impact and excellent weather resistance. Additionally, we use a high-precision laser processing machine to achieve a finish with minimal burrs. We also accept orders starting from one piece, so please feel free to consider it as a prototype or contact us for inquiries.

0650 At the recycling plant (urethane)

Easily solve powder bridging! We will introduce case studies of BroaDisk.

We would like to introduce a case where "Blow Disks" were implemented at a recycling plant. We received inquiries about measures to address bridging occurring in the hopper of the recycling plant, and this equipment was introduced. Four Blow Disks (standard type) were activated one by one at a relatively high air pressure. The controller used in this case is equipped with four solenoid valves. 【Case Overview】 ■ Installation Site: Recycling Plant ■ Products ・Blow Disk BD-15S-B x 4 ・Controller C-SV4 x 1 【Key Points of This Equipment】 ■ The elastic disk (silicone) is very important in terms of strength and durability, especially considering the risk of foreign material contamination. The silicone disks in this equipment are exceptionally strong and durable. We believe you will understand this once you use it! ■ Control (how to aerate?) is crucial! We provide guidance on what should be done. We also have a dedicated controller available. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

0673 Aeration of activated carbon storage tank

Introducing a case where a blow disk was adopted in conjunction with the overhaul of water treatment equipment.

We would like to introduce a case study of our "Brodisk" installation. The background is that the customer stated, "We are using a vibration discharge device and metal mesh aeration for bridge prevention in an existing silo, but the aeration is not effective," and they decided to replace it with our equipment. As a result, the customer requested that our device be positioned where the previous aeration was located. After confirming the details and determining that there were no issues, they proceeded with the installation. The equipment has been operating without any problems since then. 【Case Overview】 ■ Target Material: Wood-based powdered activated carbon (Density: approx. 0.4) ■ Configuration: A total of 6 units installed at 60° intervals on the upper hopper of the vibration discharge device, all on the same circumference. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
